Job Description:

The Bartender will be responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all outlet guests by ensuring prompt service, accurate orders, and a strong working knowledge of all bar menu items and daily specials. The role of the Group Sales Coordinator is to work closely with the Group Sales team to advertise, promote, and organize group accounts and familiarization events with individuals, tour operators, large businesses and local organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and contract agreements for group inquiries including tour operators, corporate groups and individual events
  • Co-ordinate onsite functions during regular operating hours and evening events

Job Description:

The role of a Support Crew member is integral for the overall success of The Lake Louise Ski Resort.  The Support Crew is comprised of a flexible team that will perform a variety of job duties and provide assistance as they rotate between various departments. Some of the positions that this team will be assisting with would include; Buffet Attendant, Dishwasher/Kitchen helper, Mountain Greeter and working at our Great Divide Lodge performing Housekeeping and painting duties.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Buffet Attendant (2 days):

  • Ensure the buffet is constantly monitored and maintained
  • Ensure cleanliness & maintenance of all lodge areas at all times including restrooms
  • Table maintenance - setting, bussing etc

 

Dishwasher/Cooks Helper (2 days):

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all cookware, flatware, small wares, glassware, and cutlery
  • Ensure proper use of chemical/cleaning products and ensure they are stored appropriately
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, as required

 

Summer Mountain Greeter (2 days):

  • Checking and scanning each and every guest ticket, ensuring that all guests have experienced the interpretive presentation.
  • Following the proper operational procedures of the gondola i.e. start-up, shutdown and assist with maintenance problems that may arise.
  • Ensuring that log sheets, incident reports and check sheets are filled out properly and regularly.

Job Description:

The main role of our janitorial staff is to ensure the safe and effective sanitation of the base lodge areas and facilities. Janitorial duties will include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal and cleaning of washrooms. The janitor will be responsible for ensuring that all required tasks are completed thoroughly, on time, and with minimal supervision. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all common areas, public spaces and washrooms were serviced and cleaned daily by performing general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, correctly sanitizing benches and countertops and garbage disposal.

Job Description:

The role of a Buffet Attendant/Slopeside Cafe Attendant is an integral part of the overall success of the Food & Beverage Department here at The Lake Louise Ski Resort.  The Buffet Attendant provides guests with exceptional customer service and possesses a strong working knowledge of all buffet menu items. The buffet attendant shall perform all required duties in a friendly and professional manner, and ensure that each guest has an enjoyable dining experience. Other responsibilities will include removing used dishes, assisting with cleaning duties, and barista duties as required. It is the responsibility of the barista on duty to prepare quality coffees and other beverages quickly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:
