Lake Louise Summer Sightseeing Lift and Interpretive Centre – Opens May 14

Lake Louise Ski Area Seasons Pass Holders ride the lift for free and get $4 off breakfast/lunch buffets. Louise Plus Card holders ride the lift for half price and get $4 off breakfast/lunch buffets. Up to 4 guests of Seasons Pass Holders and Louise Plus Card holders receive $4 off Lift, or $4 off Ride & Dine packages.

Bonus WeekendAt the Lake Louise Sightseeing Gondola and Interpretive Centre, witness Banff National Park’s flora and fauna at its finest. Come out to hike in the summer and be dazzled by the lush greenery and brilliant wildflowers that blanket the landscape, or plan a trip here in the fall to witness the Larch trees turn their spectacular yellows. Hiking in the high Alpine is much easier at the Lake Louise Ski Area – the 14-minute ride to mid-mountain takes you halfway to the peaks.

Ride over one of the most active Wildlife Corridors in Banff National Park in your choice of an open chair or an enclosed gondola. This is the best place to view Grizzly Bears in the Rockies - the magnificent creatures were sighted from the lift almost every day last summer. Combine your ride with either our breakfast or our lunch buffet and check out Whitehorn Lodge, where a host of interesting educational interpretive programs are on offer and where outstanding mounts of local wildlife are on display to make for a complete experience. It's a unique and fantastic day trip to Lake Louise when you have guests from out of town, or when you are simply in need of a mountain fix.
