What is Required
A Season Pass waiver form must be filled out, read, understood, and signed in front of a Lake Louise staff member in order to receive pass.
A new photo must be taken for 2011/12 Lake Louise Season Passes. Due to a Season Pass system upgrade, prior pass photos are not available. Note: If you have children that require 2011/12 Lake Louise Season Passes that are unable to visit us for a new photo, you can bring us a digital photo (portrait) on a flash drive or disk in ‘jpg’ format.
A Season Pass waiver form must be read, understood, filled out, and signed in front of a Lake Louise staff member
Spouses cannot sign waivers on behalf of one another
Family pass parents must each fill out a waiver
Either parent can include their children under the age of 18 on their waiver and sign as parent/guardian
The waiver can be witnessed by anyone over the age of 18 but they must provide their contact details
By signing and initialing the waiver form you are indicating that you have read, understand, and fully agree with all terms of the waiver form
