Bow Valley Ski & Snowboard Programs - 2013/14
The following programs are taught in an age specific format that will achieve learning and results in a fun non-traditional lesson setting. These programs run consecutive Saturdays or Sundays (your choice) and are an alternative to race clubs.
Promoting strong all mountain skiing/riding skills and mountain safety, this program is guaranteed to improve your child's skiing/snowboarding ability. Presented by our full-time CSIA/CASI certified instructors. The curriculum is presented in a Kids-only format achieving learning and results in a fun non-traditional lesson setting. BVK members finish everyday with smiles on their faces.
PLEASE NOTE: Registrations for all programs close seven days prior to program start date. Rentals and lift tickets are available at a discounted rate and are not included in these programs.
Junior Bow Valley Kids (JBVK) ages 3-4
Designed to offer children ages 3-4 yrs an introduction to skiing. Lake Louise Ski & Snowboard School is pleased to announce a new program designed to give young children a lifelong passion for skiing.

Bow Valley Kids (BVK) ages 5-8
Children specific teaching, building skills and all mountain safety. Children will explore all our mountain has to offer from the beginner areas and easy groomers to the bumps, trees, and much more.

Bow Valley Summit Riders (BVSR) ages 9-12
These not quite teens will improve their all mountain riding on varied terrain from bumps and trees to ultimate steeps and basic terrain park riding. This program is guaranteed to improve your child's skiing / snowboarding ability.

Lake Louise Freeriders (LLFR) ages 13-17*
Promoting strong all-mountain skiing / riding skills and mountain safety, this program is guaranteed to enhance your teen’s skiing / snowboarding ability. Presented by our full-time CSIA/CASI certified instructors. The curriculum is presented in a teen-only format achieving learning and results in a fun non-traditional setting.

Focused less on technique and more on creating a passion for skiing. The main goal of the program is to get the children to ski on their own (unassisted). Junior BVK members will finish with a smile on their faces, every day!

Note: All children under 12 years old taking a lesson must wear a helmet.
Helmets are included in all children’s rental packages.
Prices are in Canadian funds, do not include the GST and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking and reservations are recommended due to limited spaces. Changes to lessons can be made up to 24 hours before the lesson time, based on availability.
Within 24 hours of the lesson time, refunds will not be issued. For Bow Valley Kids and lake Louise Freeriders Programs, refunds will be provided if cancellations are made seven (7) days prior to the program starting date. There will be a twenty five dollar ($25) non-refundable booking fee. |
