Reporting to the Ski & Snowboard School Supervisors, the ideal candidate will understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and will strive to exceed our guests’ expectations. There is an opportunity to continue employment for the following season if successful.
Some of the requirements/responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Instruct and coach guests of all ages and abilities to ski or snowboard within instructor’s certification level, group lessons to privates, adults and children

Complete lesson ability reports & relevant administration forms as required

Knowledge and adherence to Alpine Responsibility Code

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player

Good decision making skills &safety oriented

Effective verbal and listening skills

Posses cultural awareness and sensitivity

Minimum CSIA Level 1

Good physical condition and able to work in adverse weather conditions

Able to work supervised & unsupervised

Strong interpersonal skills

Follow all LLSA policies and procedures

Adhere to LLSA Grooming policy at all times

Complete other tasks as assigned

A three month probationary period applies

A vulnerable sector police background check, from your home country or province, will be required upon commencement of employment
