This year's Downhill at Dusk events will be held every Friday from December 18, 2009 through April 2, 2010. These weekly events are the ultimate way for your group to wrap up a wonderful day on the slopes, or the perfect escape to the mountains after a work week.
Experience the mountain from a whole new perspective as your group has the unique opportunity to explore the hill after hours. The excitement begins at our mid mountain lodge, Whitehorn Lodge, where you will enjoy après drinks, appetizers and live music in a majestic setting.
Following après, you will enjoy first tracks down a freshly groomed run with our professional staff as your escorts. Head to the Sitzmark Lounge where a smorgasbord of food and entertainment awaits you. To make the most of your experience, why not take advantage of our optional bus service back
to your Lake Louise or Banff Hotel.
Note: You must ski or snowboard to participate in the après at the mid-mountain lodge. We do offer a dinner and dance only option in the Sitzmark Lounge, where you can watch the rest of the group parade down the slopes at dusk.

Schedule of Events:
4:15 PM
Arrive at Glacier Express Chair for the last ride up to mid-mountain. For those who have not skied that day, one free ride can be arranged for you after 3:45pm by Guest Services.
4:30 PM
Arrive at Whitehorn Lodge for the beginning of the ultimate après ski party. Appetizers, live entertainment and two beverages are included (Cash bar located at the base of the mountain in the Sitzmark Lounge).
6:00 PM
Enjoy creating first tracks on a freshly groomed run as you are escorted down the mountain by our professional ski and snowboard instructors.
7:00 PM
Arrive at Sitzmark Lounge for a buffet dinner. The buffet features a wide array of salads, cold platters, and a variety of hot dishes featuring our famous flaming Alberta beef along
with dessert, tea and coffee. The bar will be open and will accept tickets or cash.
There will be live entertainment throughout the evening with dancing to follow dinner.
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Buses will depart to Lake Louise and Banff hotels.
