Sentinel Pass

Moraine Lake: Larch Valley And Sentinel Pass
Full-Day Hike

Beginning at the magnificent Moraine Lake, the trail climbs up to the beautiful Larch Valley. From here you will enjoy the stunning views of the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Continuing along, the trail ascends to Sentinel Pass, where you'll see the towering spires that lend the trail its name. The return trip is along the same trail.

Difficulty: Advanced.
Duration: 12 km return; Elevation Gain: 725m.

Please arrive at the Guides’ Cabin at 8:30 am. The Guides’ Cabin is located between the Lodge of Ten Peaks and Whiskeyjack Lodge.

Consolation Lake

Moraine Lake: Consolation Lakes & The Rockpile
Half-Day Walk

Starting at the majestic Moraine Lake, your guide will lead you along the Consolation Lakes trail to the reward of views of talus slopes and the Quadra Glacier. If your private group is looking for an easier option, you can skip Consolation Lakes and your guide will bring you up the much shorter Rockpile Trail to the best views of Moraine Lake and the classic 20-dollar bill photo spot. As this is a private walk, the choice is yours.

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate.
Duration: 6 km return; Elevation gain: 65 m.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are recommended due to limited spaces. Changes to reservations can be made based on availability. Within 24 hours of the hiking time, refunds will not be issued.

Note: Rates shown above do not include tax (5%GST). Pricing subject to change without notice. Dates/times are subject to change as the conditions of hiking trails are weather dependent. Due to the natural grade of the mountain trails, all participants of Guided Hikes/Walks should be of moderate fitness ability and be wear proper hiking or walking footwear and dress for all weather conditions. We recommend bringing sunglasses, water, snacks, jacket and a camera. For Full-Day Hikes, all participants should carry a backpack and bring their lunch (not provided).
