Join us at the Whitehorn Bistro on Thursday August 12 for a unique lunch experience! A four-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, David Acero will be placed before you. Each course will be paired with two samples... one beer, and one wine. Let the competition begin! Once you've decided which paired the best with the food, mark down your favorite choice. At the end, we'll find out who is the Beer vs. Wine Champion… Trolley 5 Brewery, or Quails' Gate Winery! This is a fun social lunch you won't soon forget.

- 11:00am: Arrive at the Lake Louise Summer Gondola and check in at Guest Services.
- 11:05am: Load the Summer Gondola.
- 11:30am sharp: Lunch will begin.
- 2:00pm: Lunch will approximately end.

To redeem your tickets simply show your purchase receipt and ID when you arrive at the Summer Guest Services counter. Please visit Guest Services even if you have a Season Pass (to receive your lunch voucher.) The Season Passholder rate is only for those who have a valid 2020/21 Lake Louise Season Pass – the offer cannot be extended to friends.
Note: Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please feel free to sell your ticket to someone else. The lunch will be subject to cancellation if we do not fill the minimum seat requirements, and only at that time a refund will be issued.
This menu has been carefully crafted by our Executive Chef, David Acero! Beer pairings will be made by Trolley 5 Brewing, and wine pairings will be made by Quails’ Gate Winery. Sorry, we are not able to accommodate any food allergies with this menu and will be served as is.

saffron & lemon grass steamed mussels. cream, cherry tomatoes, peas, thyme, garlic, peanuts, toasted coconut, grilled sourdough.
grilled wild boar cutlet and Okanagan peaches. fried spätzle and sage, baby kale, parmesan, honey jus, squash puree and chipotle and orange butter.
raspberry and lavender crème brulee. white chocolate dipped cherries and mini meringue.
