With immense gratitude and resilience, we are thrilled to announce that we are once again open for summer adventures. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our staff, the local community, emergency responders, and Parks Canada for their tireless efforts and unwavering support during a challenging time.
On July 3rd, 2023, a fire impacted our largest staff accommodation, the Charleston Residence. We are incredibly relieved that all 173 residents are safe and without injuries, and we are deeply committed to their wellbeing. Swift action led to financial aid, short-term accommodations, meals, transportation, counseling services, and assistance with document replacement for those affected. As we continue these efforts, our focus is on securing mid to long-term housing solutions. Learn more.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding. Lake Louise is more than a destination - it’s a community, one that we are proud to be a part of. We are excited to invite you back for a memorable summer season as we move forward, together.
