DIRECT-TO-LIFT PLUS+CARD
Link your Direct-To-Lift Plus+Card to your credit card and head straight to the lifts at Lake Louise! This free upgrade automatically bills your credit card on paid visits at Lake Louise (receipts are emailed). You also have the option to order two free Child Direct-To-Lift Cards (ages 6-12) for your kids, saving them 20% off full-price, full-day lift tickets, and they can head straight to the lifts at Lake Louise too. Show your card at our partner resort's Guest Services desks to redeem your free days or discounted lift tickets.

RECEIVING YOUR ONLINE ORDER
A completed waiver (emailed after purchase), online profile with a photo, email address, and a credit card are required. You can collect your pass in Calgary at our downtown office, at the resort, or in Banff at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub. Online orders cannot be picked up at partner resorts.

Show your Direct-To-Lift Plus+Card at our base area lifts to ride (Lake Louise only). Present your card to Guest Services at Castle, Panorama, and RED to redeem your free days or discounted lift tickets.

HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS
Option 1 - Visit Guest Services (all resorts): Show your Digital Plus+Card (email, screenshot, or paper print) and photo ID at any participating resort to redeem your free and discounted tickets.
Option 2 - Pre-order tickets online (Lake Louise only):
- Sign into your online account.
- Click the “Discount Code” link in the main menu.
- Enter your "Discount Code" located on your Digital Plus+Card email and follow the instructions.
- Once ordered, redeem your Lake Louise tickets instantly at one of our ticket pick up boxes by scanning the QR code in your email receipt (PDF). Alternatively, you can redeem your order at a ticket window or at Guest Services.

HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS
Option 1 - Visit Guest Services (all resorts): Show your activated Classic Plus+Card at any participating resort to redeem your free and discounted tickets.
Option 2 - Pre-order tickets online (Lake Louise only):

- Enter the 10-digit number located on the back of your card and follow the instructions.
- Once ordered, redeem your Lake Louise tickets instantly at one of our ticket pick up boxes by scanning the QR code in your email receipt (PDF). Alternatively, you can redeem your order at a ticket window or at Guest Services.

Classic Lake Louise Plus+Cards MUST BE ACTIVATED IN ADVANCE (activate online here). Lake Louise Plus+Cards (LLPC) are non-transferable and can only be used once per day. LLPC is for Ages 13+. One card per person per season. Free lift ticket on 1st, 4th, and 7th cumulative visits valid at: Lake Louise Ski Resort, Castle Mountain Resort, Panorama Mountain Resort, and RED Mountain Resort. Bonus Day free lift ticket valid for one use per season at either Snow Valley Ski Club or Canyon Ski Resort. 20% off full-day, full-priced ticket prices (Ages 13+) during paid visits. 20% off child (Ages 6-12) full-day, full-priced ticket prices for up to 2 accompanying children daily. Spring Value Days: April 13 - May 3, 2026. 30% off full-day, full-priced ticket prices (Ages 13+) for up to 2 accompanying friends daily. Child or Friend discounts do not count towards LLPC visitation. Actual card and I.D. required to obtain Free Day or Discount. No credit or exchanges for unused LLPC or portions thereof. All sales final. No credit for lost or stolen cards. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers. Valid only for the 2025-26 winter season: card expires May 2026.
