Rolling Into 2026 With Record Snowfall
Happy New Year! We’re thrilled to be heading into 2026 with the most early-season snowfall on record. More than 5 metres of snow have fallen on the upper mountain so far, highlighted by the deepest December we’ve ever seen. Another 22 cm arrived in the past week, with the snowpack now sitting up to 165 cm deep. Simply put, it’s an incredible time to be skiing and riding at Lake Louise.
Across the resort, all lifts are spinning with 162 runs open and ready to explore. With every type of terrain on offer, plus four terrain parks and the tube park open, there’s no shortage of ways to make this a New Year to remember.
