Get Set for Ladies Day!
Below you’ll find helpful answers to the most common questions about our Ladies' Day Program.
Ladies Day runs from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM for 6 weeks throughout January and February. If you are running late, please send an email to ladies.day@skilouise.com to let us know & so we can inform the group. While we will always try our best to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that we cannot guarantee we will be able to connect you with your instructor if they have already left the Base Area.
Look for the Ladies’ Day flag between the Meeting Place tower and the Daycare building. Your group number will be confirmed prior to arrival, and your instructor will meet you at the sign displaying that number.
If you know in advance that you won’t be able to attend on any single day of the program, please email ladies.day@skilouise.com with your name, the date, and your instructor's name.
This helps the instructor adjust plans without keeping the group waiting.
For Ladies coming from Calgary:
- We offer return bus transportation with multiple pick-up locations across the city. Departure times vary by location and will be confirmed before the program begins. Please note, transportation from Calgary is not included in the program fees and will need to be purchased separately. This service must be purchased for the entire program duration as we unfortunately cannot accommodate one-off trips.
For Ladies coming from Banff:
- A regular shuttle service is available with multiple pick-up points around town. You can access the schedule here. Please note these shuttles are used by other guests of the resort, so ensure you plan accordingly.
If you prefer, there is also ample parking available should you wish to drive to the resort or carpool with friends.
Yes, absolutely! Our Snow School offers lessons all winter long, so the fun doesn’t have to stop once the program is complete.
If you’re looking for more focused instruction, you can book an afternoon Ladies Day 2-hour Private Lesson at an exclusive rate, just for program participants. They can be booked any afternoon Monday – Thursday, plus you can bring a friend! Please note these lessons are for a maximum of 2 people.
For those of you that enjoyed learning with your group, our Private Lessons are an opportunity to request your program instructor as well as refine your skills, with your friends. Pro tip: book in the afternoon to activate your Plus Card or Seasons Pass discount! Please note these lessons are for a maximum of 5 people.
Each year, we partner with local businesses to bring exciting social afternoons, après-ski, prizes, and much more! The detailed schedule of weekly events will be shared with you before the program begins. In the meantime, feel free to explore what's happening around the resort here.
We are pleased to offer dedicated space for participants in the Sitzmark Lounge, located on the upper level of Whiskyjack Lodge, throughout the 6-week program. You are welcome to arrive early to store your belongings and change before your lesson. Additionally, the lounge has a liquor license, so you may purchase and enjoy alcoholic beverages there after your lesson.
Gratuities are never expected but are always deeply appreciated. If your instructor has provided an exceptional experience, sharing your feedback or offering a tip is a meaningful way to show your appreciation. Should you wish to express your thanks, our Snow School Reservations Team will be happy to assist you.

We understand that life happens sometimes! For multi-week programs, we offer refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program start date, minus a $25 non-refundable booking fee. Since the program is sold as a package, individual or missed lessons are not refundable, and there is no option to switch days once the program has started.
Please note that adverse weather conditions do not qualify for refunds, as skiing and snowboarding are outdoor activities.
Your safety is always our top priority. In the event of adverse weather, we will adjust the program with shorter outdoor sessions and regular breaks at our mid-mountain warm-up zones. Additionally, we will offer a variety of indoor activities to keep everyone engaged. Our instructors are well trained to manage exposure to cold weather and recognize frostnip.
Please remember to dress warmly in layers (thermal long underwear, proper ski socks, mittens, face mask, toque) and bring plenty of hand and toe warmers. If you have forgotten any of the above, check out our Retail Store for a variety of winter gear. For further information, please review our cold weather guidelines and check the Conditions Page for the latest updates.
