Founded in 1978, the Lake Louise Ski Friends program is a free service run by long-time volunteers who love sharing the stories, history, and best terrain with visitors from around the globe. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced rider, Ski Friends at Lake Louise will enhance your mountain experience by guiding you through the best areas.

Free Group Mountain Tours With The Ski Friends

Open to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, our Lake Louise Ski Friends offer a fantastic opportunity to explore the mountain through guided Lake Louise tours. They will take you across the mountain, offering expert advice on the best lifts, areas, runs, facilities, and history. This Lake Louise ski tour is perfect for anyone looking to get the most out of their visit.

General Information

  • Meeting Location: Base area, left side of the lower deck when looking at the mountain. Look for the yellow Ski Friends jackets!
  • Daily Times: 10:00 am and 1:15 pm.
  • Cost: Free.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the departure time to be assigned to a group leader. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
