Located upstairs in Temple Lodge, Sawyer's offers a unique mountain menu featuring traditional alpine items as well as our own house made favourites. Picture yourself enjoying Charcuterie for Two, a Confit Duck Baguette, our Signature Sawyer's Burger, or a hearty Vegetable Lentil Ragu while seated in a snow-covered post-and-beam cabin in the mountains. We also carry a wide range of beverages to complement your dining experience ranging from frosty beer, wine, cider, and cocktails to delicious hot chocolate.
