While we don’t expect to reach capacity most days, there are days we will be close. Avoid disappointment by reserving your day(s) on the mountain up to two weeks in advance. This is particularly important for weekend and holiday days.

If you already have a Season Pass, Lake Louise Plus Card, online ticket or other pass/ticket product, click the button below, enter your pass, ticket, or online order number and reserve your days.

Any day we are not at capacity, we will also be selling day tickets at the resort, but we strongly recommend you purchase your ticket online in advance then visit reservations.skilouise.com to reserve your day. Lake Louise Plus Cards must be purchased in advanced and reservations made online. If you want to check the general availability calendar first, it will give you an idea of what days have the most availability.

SEASON PASS HOLDERS

Season Pass holders have priority to make bookings on each day. You can bypass the general availability calendar by entering in your pass number to book your days. Note that you’re able to make reservations within a rolling two-week window.

LAKE LOUISE PLUS CARDS

If you have a Lake Louise Plus Card please ensure it is activated online. then enter your card number in the reservations system to book your days. If you have purchased a card online and have not yet received it, you can enter your order invoice number from your receipt to reserve your first free day.

ONLINE DAY TICKETS

Once you have completed your online ticket purchase, enter the order invoice number from your receipt in the reservations system to book the day you’d like to ski or ride.

SKI BIG 3 PASSES & TICKETS

SkiBig3 pass and ticket holders can easily make a reservation by entering your pass or ticket number to book the day(s) you would like to visit the Lake Louise Ski Resort.

IKON & MOUNTAIN COLLECTIVE

Reservations are required for IKON and Mountain Collective pass holders. To reserve, enter your pass number to book the day(s) you'd like to ski or ride.

AMA, COSTCO AND OTHER THIRD-PARTY TICKETS

Once you've purchased your day ticket(s), you will need to book the day(s) you'd like to use your ticket(s). To reserve, enter your ticket number and select the day(s) you'd like to visit.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

To make a reservation you must have an online order invoice number, a ticket number, or a pass number on hand.

Visit reservations.skilouise.com and enter your online order invoice number, a ticket number, a pass or card number then click the "Reserve a date" button.

SELECT THE DATE

Review the calendar and click on the day you wish to visit.

COMPLETE THE RESERVATION

Enter your name and email then click the "Reserve" button to complete your reservation. A confirmation will be sent to your email. If you need to cancel and rebook, ensure you use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

NO AVAILABILITY? Here are some tips:

  • Ensure you have carefully entered your pass, order, ticket, or voucher number (see examples). Availability is product dependent.
  • Check the general availability calendar at 5 pm the day before you'd like to visit, or the day-of at 7 am, 10 am and 12 noon to see if there are more spots available. Reservation spaces may be added based on the weather forecast and the number of visitors currently at the resort.
  • Consider visiting us in the afternoons. On most days, we are able to release a large number of spaces at noon. Half-day tickets can be purchased at the resort beginning at 12 noon and are valid from 12:30 pm to 4 pm.

As we move into the main portion of our season, we continue to monitor our skier and snowboarder capacities to ensure we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees. Our guest capacities continue to be adjusted based on current restrictions in place from the Government of Alberta. Up to now, we have managed capacity at the resort by limiting sales of certain products. Going forward into the main part of our season, we are supplementing this effort with a reservation system for all ticket and pass products.

Once you have your online ticket order invoice, online Lake Louise Plus Card order invoice, ticket or pass number please visit reservations.skilouise.com. Enter your order invoice, ticket, pass, or card number and then select the day(s) you'd like to visit. You will be able to view the general availability of the rolling two-week period before making your reservation. If you've purchased a day ticket or a Lake Louise Plus Card online and aren't sure which day you want to use it, you can reserve it later. Once you've booked, pick-up your physical ticket or Lake Louise Plus Card at the resort on the day you've reserved.

If you're purchasing more than one ticket or Lake Louise Plus Card online at a time, please note that all tickets or cards in your order will be reserved on a single day of your choice. If you wish to purchase tickets for different days or reserve different cards on different days, please place a separate order for each. Once you have purchased your ticket(s) or card(s), visit reservations.skilouise.com, enter your order invoice number (located at the top of your email receipt), then select the day you wish to use them. If you want to check the availability calendar first, it will give you an idea of what days have the most availability. Once you have picked up your Lake Louise Plus Cards, you will use the Lake Louise Plus Card number for future reservations.

The reservations calendar opens up in a rolling two-week window. Full Season Pass holders can book as many days as they would like to ski or ride within these two weeks. Mid-Week Season Pass holders can book the days their pass is valid (Monday to Thursday.) Day ticket holders can book days based on how many day tickets they have purchased. Each ticket must be booked individually. Right now, guests can book in two-week windows.

No availability? Here are some tips:

We will have plenty of availability for the vast majority of days. If a day you want is full, spots may open up as people cancel or as more space becomes available the day-of.

To rebook, visit reservations.skilouise.com and enter your pass, ticket, card or online order number to book the day(s) you'd like to visit.

We are monitoring no-shows daily and will be reaching out to guests who do not honour their reservations. We expect that everyone will be courteous and cancel days they cannot use with plenty of notice so that someone else can get a spot on the mountain.

You will be able to see availability for two weeks at a time. We have ample capacity to handle all guests visiting the resort throughout the majority of the season. However, there are select days in the season where we expect to be closer to capacity.

Season Pass holders have priority to make bookings on each day, even though the vast majority of days we will have ample capacity for everyone. You can bypass the general availability calendar by entering in your pass number to book your days. Note that you're able to make unlimited reservations within a rolling two-week window, but please only book the days you intend to ski as we will be closely monitoring no shows. There is a cancellation function you can use if your plans change. We may be implementing additional measures for no shows. When you arrive at the resort, there's no need to check-in; you can go directly to the lifts. The scanners at each lift will verify if you have a valid reservation for the day.

Buddy Passes: Pass holders may redeem Buddy Passes at any time. No reservation is required provided the primary pass holder has a valid reservation and is present.

Just purchased your pass online?: If you have purchased your pass online you can make your first reservation with your online order id number, and once you pick up your Season Pass, you can make additional bookings.

If you have purchased a Lake Louise Plus Card, you need to reserve any days you'd like to use the card, up to two weeks in advance. Please ensure your card is activated online first. Once your card is activated, you can enter your Lake Louise Plus Card number in the reservations system to book any days you'd like to ski or ride within the two-week reservation window. When you arrive, purchase your discounted ticket, or redeem your free day outside on the Whiskey Jack deck at a ticket window or self-serve kiosk. Please keep your reservation email confirmation on-hand for the ticket window for verification.

Online Store Lake Louise Plus Card Purchase: You can make your first reservation before you receive your card! After your purchase simply visit reservations.skilouise.com and enter the order number from your receipt (see example), then select your first free day. Check our general availability calendar first if you prefer. Please note: Availability is product specific. Enter your order number or card number to see if additional space is available.

Direct-to-Lift card holders: If you have a Lake Louise Plus Card Direct-to-Lift pass, you still need to reserve the day(s) you’d like to ski or ride. Once you have made your reservation, as usual, you can go straight to the chair or gondola, and your credit card won’t be charged (or free day processed) until your DTL Plus Card is scanned.

Purchasing discount child tickets: Each reservation made using your Lake Louise Plus Card will let you purchase up to two additional child (age 6-12) discounted tickets on arrival at the resort. No reservations are required for children accompanying a Louise Plus Card holder.

Last year’s unused Lake Louise Plus Cards: If you have an unused 2019/20 Lake Louise Plus Card you will need to exchange it for a 2020/21 Lake Louise Plus Card and activate it before you can make a reservation. You can swap your unused card at the resort, at our downtown Calgary sales office, or at Experience Lake Louise in the village of Lake Louise (click for directions).

Once you've purchased your Costco ticket(s), you will need to book the day(s) you'd like to use your ticket(s). To reserve, enter your ticket number and select the day(s) you'd like to visit.

Purchasing discount child tickets: Each reservation made using your Costco ticket will let you purchase up to two additional children (age 6-12) or youth (age 12-17) discounted tickets on arrival at the resort. No reservations are required for children/youth tickets that accompany a Costco ticket holder.

You can view your active reservation(s) by entering the online order, ticket, or pass number you used to make the reservation initially. Visit reservations.skilouise.com and enter your existing online ticket order, pass or ticket number.

No, you don't. When your Snow School lesson is booked your reservation will automatically be added to the reservations system.

If you need to change the day(s) you booked, you first must cancel your existing reservation(s). Cancellations must be done by 12 noon on the day before your booking. To cancel, please click the cancellation link in your reservation email confirmation. Once you cancel, visit our reservations system and enter your pass, ticket or online ticket order number to rebook the day(s) you’d like to visit.

No! Please promptly cancel any reservations you can’t use. Your ticket will be good throughout the 2020/21 season until you use it.

Reservations for your family need to be individually made with each ticket or pass of the individual family member. If you're purchasing more than one ticket at a time, please note that all tickets in your order will be reserved on a single day of your choice. Kids five and under ski free, always! They don’t need reservations; just stop by our outdoor ticket windows to pick up a ticket for them.

We’re encouraging all guests visiting the resort to reserve the day they would like to ski or ride in advance. On most days, you will be able to purchase a ticket the day-of. However, if it’s a day where capacity is close to being reached, we cannot guarantee that same-day tickets will be available for purchase.

You don't need to do anything except having your pass number handy to book the days you'd like to ski or ride. You can book two-weeks out.

We are advising all our guests who plan on visiting us to make a reservation any day they plan to ski or snowboard at the resort.
